About Me

As a guy who was born and raised around New York City, I love the hustle and bustle of city life. But after traveling to over 65 countries, living in six of them, I am now enjoying a more life-centric approach while living across the Atlantic.

I’m a scientist by education, live-saver by profession, traveler and tech geek at heart.

As an experienced prehospital emergency medical care provider who has worked in healthcare for over 15 years, I have extensive training from CPR and first aid, to how to respond to large scale national incidents.

The greatest attribute of my medical career, other than being able to save a life, is empathy. Being able to understand how someone feels at their worst moments, be patient and create a connection, I believe, has been a great benefit.

Along with the ability to adapt quickly, be able to problem-solve in fast paced-dynamic environments is another great attribute. It has helped me improve working individually but also become a reliable team-player who can communicate well when problems arise.

I want to follow my passion for technology and put my experience using multiple computer systems to use. I have since earned multiple certifications, most recently being on Cisco systems and deploying Microsoft Windows.

As a child, I built my first computer system at the age of 7, crimped and wired my own home network, then helped network my elementary school computer lab. I’ve since built over 5 powerful gaming and server systems, modded an Xbox, repaired phones and laptops, and set up a media server with a custom NAS. The coolest thing I did was build a mini custom computer specifically for my car that housed navigation and wireless internet when those things were just in their infancy. Now in the hospital setting, I have to know our computer systems completely and be able to quickly troubleshoot anything during our emergency procedures.

I currently use those problem-solving skills and enthusiasm to maintain one of the most reliable and fastest global networks while implementing next-gen technologies.
